Time Angles

This problem was inspired by Problem of the Day’s “Clock Hands” problem. It offers the challenge of finding the angles between the hands on a clock at the times the user enters.

The caveats for the problem is to find the lowest angle of the two possible. (So nothing over 180 degrees.) And using a 24-hour clock instead of a 12-hour clock. Below are my results:
